1. Terms & Conditions

1.1 Appointment Booking

All services, including Japanese Head Spa treatments and Facial Rituals, require advance booking.Walk-ins are not accepted due to limited home-based availability.Appointments can be booked via phone or online booking system.If no suitable appointment time is visible online, please call 0467 488 866, as occasional flexibility may be possible.

1.2 Payment & Deposits

A deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your appointment.Remaining balance can be paid via:Online booking systemEFTPOSBank transferCashFull payment is due at the end of the session.Deposits are non-refundable if cancellation occurs within 24 hours.

1.3 Cancellation & Rescheduling

Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling.Appointments cancelled or rescheduled within 24 hours will result in forfeiture of the deposit.Missed appointments without notice will be charged the full treatment fee.If unwell, contact us as soon as possible to discuss rescheduling.

1.4 Client Consent Form

All clients must complete a consent form prior to treatment.Forms are sent upon booking and should ideally be completed before attending.Captures medical conditions, sensitivities, allergies, pregnancy, and recent cosmetic procedures.Ensures treatments are safe and tailored to each client.

1.5 Health & Safety

Clients must disclose all relevant medical conditions, skin sensitivities, allergies, or pregnancy.Some treatments may not be suitable depending on your health.Lumiere Head Spa is not liable for adverse reactions if disclosure is incomplete.Treatments are performed with care, but results may vary due to individual hair, scalp, or skin conditions.

1.6 Late Arrivals

Arriving late may result in a shortened treatment to avoid affecting other bookings.Treatment times cannot always be extended.

1.7 Minors

No children or minors are permitted due to home-based environment.Head Spa treatments are generally suitable for teenagers and adults.For younger children, ages 10+ recommended as younger scalps can be sensitive.

1.8 Gift Vouchers

Valid for 6 months from the date of purchase.Cannot be redeemed for cash.Lost or stolen vouchers cannot be replaced.Multiple vouchers can be combined in one visit if sufficient time is available.Any cost exceeding the voucher value must be paid separately.

1.9 Professional Conduct

Clients are expected to treat the therapist and premises with respect.Abusive or disruptive behaviour may result in immediate termination of the session.

1.10 Mobile Phones & Privacy

Please silence mobile phones during treatments.Personal belongings remain the responsibility of the client; Lumiere Head Spa is not liable for lost items.

1.11 Home-Based Salon Etiquette

Lumiere Head Spa operates from a private residence; respect for privacy and cleanliness is essential.Arrive on time, follow instructions for shoes or clothing, and maintain a quiet environment.Parking: Convenient parking is available directly out the front of the house in the quiet cul-de-sac.

1.12 Liability

Lumiere Head Spa is not responsible for hair extensions, wigs, or scalp conditions affected during treatments.Treatments are performed with care, but results cannot be guaranteed.

1.13 Acknowledgment

By booking a service with Lumiere Head Spa, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.

2. Privacy Policy
